Our Story
Built on experience. Guided by purpose.
Tangel Group was established with a clear mandate: help South African organisations make better technology decisions. Our first engagements were in financial services and professional services.
As cyber threats evolved, we built a dedicated cybersecurity advisory team — one of the first boutique firms in South Africa to offer board-level security advisory.
After working with over 50 organisations, we identified five consistent capability gaps. The Five Foundations™ framework was born — a proprietary model that became the cornerstone of our advisory approach.
We launched our Business Intelligence and AI advisory practice, helping executives gain real insight from their data for the first time.
In response to escalating identity-based attacks, we launched our integrated identity security practice — combining IAM, zero-trust architecture and executive security advisory.
Tangel Group operates across South Africa and beyond, serving executive leaders in financial services, healthcare, education, government and more.
